We had so much fun celebrating and spoiling Grandma for her birthday yesterday! The kids and I ran around on Saturday picking up balloons and a bundt cake. We decorated, had a yummy dinner, and opened presents. Hopefully we made Grandma feel as special and loved as she truly is. Not only did I hit the jackpot when I married Corbin, but I hit the jackpot when I gained Robyn as a mother in law! Such a fun day to celebrate her and all she does for our family! Love you Mom!

and this is why. I love that every day when I am in the kitchen making dinner I get to listen to beautiful music played by my beautiful daughter.

love day
After running around crazy all day to valentine parties, it was time to party with my valentines. We started by making heart shaped personal pizzas, a family tradition, and the kids loved it. Then we played a little "minute to win it" game, using conversation hearts and chop sticks. Then we ended our love fest with dessert: chocolate fondue no less. We also squeezed in a little FHE lesson too. We shared our favorite story of Jesus. Love my little ones, love my sweetheart, love my family, love my Savior, love my life.

In December Easton's preschool put on a performance of the Nativity and then sang some cute Christmas songs. It was the sweetest thing I have ever seen! Easton was the smiliest shepard ever! He did so good and we loved watching him on stage!

We were so excited to attend Ella's dance recital in December of the "Nutcracker". She loves going to dance each week and seeing her friends and Ms. Muffie. As a Mom I am so grateful for the sweet teachers we have been fortunate to find for our little ones that love what they do and truly bless our lives. Ella was beaming, she was so excited to have all of us there. DeAnne came in a little late and right in the middle of the performance she ran over to hug her! After the show, Ms. Muffie lets the girls go up stairs and feed her wooden nutcrackers..crackers! Great job Ella!

Ella turns 6
Life has been crazy in the Smith house and by crazy I mean super fun! We had a wonderful Christmas with most of my family here including my 6 month old nephew, Jaxson. After everyone left it was time to celebrate our Phoebe Eleanor's 6th birthday! We had dinner at Outback with the family and then took a few of her friends to Chuck e Cheese. Ella is the sweetest spirit. She brings balance to our family. She is always kind and quick to share anything. She truly has blessed our home in so many ways. Happy Birthday Ella Bella!!!

Elise's Choir Performance
We were so excited that Elise decided she wanted to join choir this year. She did great and learned some great songs. Her choir performed in front of the entire school, at Starbucks, and at an assisted living home. Although they were few in number, they sounded great and had a great time together.

Ella's Pre-School Graduation
It was such a joy to watch Ella learn so much this year at pre-school. We have been so fortunate to find such amazing, loving teachers for our little ones. Ella loved going to Ms. Karin's and Ms. Stephanie's on Tuesdays and Thursdays. And now I can't believe that she will be starting Kindergarten in the fall. Great job Ella!
